Liam Payne has admitted that getting dumped seems to be the story of his life.
In an interview with BBC Radio 1 he told the story of how he sang to his crush at the lockers in school.
"She dumped me. She went out with me because I sang to her and then dumped me the next day."
Comparing the trials and tribulations of the dating world to the X Factor he said, "She must have liked the singing because I got through to the next round but got kicked out at bootcamp basically."
"The story of my bloody life if I'm honest, it happens to me loads. It's what seems to happen."
How could anyone dump Liam Payne?
This comes after it was announced that he split from the mother of his child, Cheryl Cole.
Speaking to Big Top 40's Kat Shoob, he said of the split, "it's like breaking up twice like, we already did this once and now I'm having to go through all of that again just because…"
