Kim Kardashian's former bodyguard Pascal Duvier is being sued for millions of dollars, for failing to protect her during the 2016 Paris robbery.

Kim was tied up, held at gunpoint and robbed of jewellery in her hotel room, when five masked gunmen broke in.

According to TMZ, the company that Pascal was working for at the time Protect Security, are being sued by Kim's insurance company for $6 million.

It's reported that Pascal left Kim alone with no security at her hotel while he followed Kourtney and Kendall to a nearby club on the night of the attack.

The lawsuit reportedly claims that there were several other security breaches that night. The front gate to the hotel was missing a lock, the intercom to the door wasn't working and Pascal reportedly failed to report these malfunctions.

It's reported that Kim isn't suing Pascal, however it's her insurance company that is suing him.
