It's getting near the end of 2016 and that means one thing is on everybody's mind at the moment - New Year's Resolutions! Many of us say that it's going to be a New Year, New Me and it seems like that's Kanye West's thinking as well.
TMZ reported that Kanye has been hitting the gym a lot recently, but not just to get ripped.
Working out has become a major component in his mental recovery for many different reasons.
Going to the gym helps him to get clarity and to sleep better - something that Kanye has needed a lot lately.
Kanye's sessions in the gym last up to 2 hours alternating between his home gym and local fitness centers. To be fair, it would be easier to stick to our new year's resolutions if we had a gym in our house too!
