Justin Bieber reckons Ed Sheeran still owes him after being accidentally hit wth a golf club after a night out, and has also hinted at Ed writing another song for him soon.

The incident happened in a bar in Japan, when Ed decided to try and hit a golf ball out of Bieber's mouth.

In an interview earlier this year, Sheeran explained "We’d been out to a dive bar. He just drank water and I got hammered. Then we went to a golf course, and he lay on the floor and put a golf ball in his mouth and told me to hit it out of his mouth."

It went wrong unsurprisingly and Ed hit him right in the mouth.

It looks like Bieber's now trying to use the incident to get a song out of him, saying "Of course I want him to write for me again in the future."

In the interview with the Sun, he also says “I get that every artist out there wants him to write for them - but we are buddies and he still owes me from hitting me with a golf club!”

The last time Ed wrote a track for Bieber, it was Love Yourself in 2016 and went on to be one of the biggest tracks of the year.

He's got some competition to get a track written by Ed though, saying “Artists are fighting over Ed - he is a genius when it comes to song writing. If Ed writes you a song you pretty much know you have a guaranteed hit."
