Jack Maynard appeared on ITV's Lorraine show this morning.

A couple of weeks ago, after spending just two days in the I'm A Celeb jungle, Jack was removed after old tweets emerged.

Jack was faced with claims that he made racist and homophobic remarks.

At the time of his departure from the jungle, a statement from Jack's agent revealed 'In the last few days Jack has been the subject of a succession of media stories which he has been unable to respond to. Since it is only fair that everyone should be aware of any allegations made against them and should also have the right to defend themselves, it was agreed it would be better to bring him out.'

Jack shared an apology video on his YouTube page.

Jack went onto Lorraine this morning, to issue an apology for his past tweets and offered advice for anyone who is online at the moment.

'Be so careful, of everything you put online. You don't know who's out there looking.'
