It comes as no surprise that Beyoncé's pregnancy post received a whopping 11,180,238 likes and broke the record for the most-liked Instagram post ever.

Coming in second was Cristiano Ronaldo's post announcing the birth of his newborn baby girl.

The snap showed the footballer, his son and his girlfriend holding their infant daughter in the hospital and racked up 11,028,821 likes.

In third place was Selena Gomez's post detailing her transplant and thanking her friend Francia Raisa for donating her kidney. The post explained why she wasn't heavily promoting new music and why she was 'laying low.'

 

I’m very aware some of my fans had noticed I was laying low for part of the summer and questioning why I wasn’t promoting my new music, which I was extremely proud of. So I found out I needed to get a kidney transplant due to my Lupus and was recovering. It was what I needed to do for my overall health.
