Chris Rock's show in the 3Arena at the end of the month will be a phone-free gig.
Everyone attending the show will have to place their phone in a bespoke Yondr Pouch while the show is taking place.
If you get a message, you'll feel your phone vibrating and if you wish to use it, you will have to leave the theatre and get your pouch unlocked in the lobby.
It's going to be the first time an act has put phone free measures in place for a gig in Ireland.
Chris Rock himself has urged his fans to take one night off from being 'the Paparazzo of their own lives' and to embrace the patches.
The show takes place on the 30th of September.
