Casey Affleck will no longer be attending the Ocsars.
Casey picked up the Best Actor gong at the 2017 awards for his role in Manchester By The Sea. He was asked to present the award for Best Actress at this year's ceremony, in line with the Academy's tradition.
Back in 2010, he was sued by two women for alleged sexual harassment, which he denies, before the lawsuits were settled out of court.
A spokesperson for the Oscars said 'We appreciate the decision to keep the focus on the show and on the great work of this year.'
Casey's decision to not attend the event comes after the emergence of the Times Up Movement, which was sparked by sexual assault allegations made against Harvey Weinstein last year.
