Britney will perform live from Planet Hollywood on the Las Vegas Strip while Camila Cabello, Nick Jonas and Sugarland will perform for more than a million fans in Times Square.
Back on the West Coast, Ciara will host the Los Angeles broadcast with the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Shawn Mendes and Charlie Puth all taking to the stage.
Actress Lucy Hale will host the countdown celebration from New Orleans, with performances from Imagine Dragons and Walk the Moon.
Let's hope Britney's performance goes better than Mariah Carey's last year.
