Ant McPartlin says he's "let people down" and he'll go to rehab for two months following a battle with depression, alcohol and prescription drugs.
The British TV presenter told the Sun on Sunday that he wanted to speak out in order to help others.
The 41-year-old's thanking his wife, family and close friend Dec for helping him.
Meanwhile, Dec tweeted from their joint account to thank everyone for their support.
