Every year, the BRITs leave us with some unforgettable moments.

From Madonna falling off the stairs mid-song to Adele's show-stopping performance of Someone Like You, the UK's biggest music awards show never fails to disappoint.

This year is set to be just as exciting with the likes of Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry all taking to the stage.

But for now, let's take a look back at the best BRIT moments over the years:

Kanye West (2015)

In typical Kanye fashion, the rapper debuted his new song 'All Day' at the BRITs back in 2015.

But what was even more jaw-dropping was when the camera spotted TAYLOR SWIFT bopping along to the track alongside Kim Kardashian!

Amy Winehouse (2008)

Amy proved everyone wrong when she took to the stage in 2008 alongside Mark Ronson and delivered this incredible performance of Valerie.

Madonna (2015)

Who can forget this one? It was Madge's first on-stage BRIT performance in 20 years and she stole the show with a truly spectacular tumble!

One Direction (2014)

The lads have won a total of six BRIT awards over the years. In 2014, they scooped up the gongs for Global Success Award and British Video Award. And host James Corden asked them to give some advice to Justin Bieber, who was behind bars at the time:

Liam Gallagher (2010)

Liam Gallagher proved he is the ultimate rockstar back in 2010. While some stars treasure their awards and give them pride of place on the mantlepiece, Liam went against the grain and gave his BRIT award out to the crowd.

Wonder where that award is now?

Adele (2011)

Adele gave us all goosebumps six years when she belted out Someone Like You. It's known as the performance that sky-rocketed her career. She's now one of the biggest artists in the world and scooped up a whopping five Grammy Awards a few weeks ago.

Spice Girls (1997)

This is just one of those performances that'll go down in history. Geri Halliwell made the front pages when she debuted her famous Union Jack dress on the BRITs stage, which we later learned was made from a flag stitched to a tea towel.

They also won Best British Single that same year:
