Over the past few months, there has been heavy speculation that the pair were engaged, and now they have finally revealed they are.
The Goop founder and Glee co-creator announced the news on Instagram.
They have released a joint statement which says 'We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this juncture in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship.'
