Taylor Swift has won a key victory in her court battle with ex-radio DJ David Mueller.
Mr Mueller claimed that Taylor cost him his job after she claimed he groped her at a meet-and-greet in 2013.
That claim was dismissed in court yesterday as the judge ruled that Taylor wasn't liable and Mr Mueller had not proved she set out to get him fired.
However, the case is not finished, as the DJ has made the same claims again't Taylor mother Andrea and her radio liaison, Frank Bell.
Taylor has also counter-sued him for allegedly groping her.
A jury will now decide on these claims.
