For 3 hours every weekday morning you’ll be entertained to within an inch of your life…with sketches, great music, great competitions and strange noises. Tune in Monday to Friday at 6:45 and see why The Irish Times should have called it “The Breakfast Show of the century”.

About Joe and Keith:

Back in 2004 a crack team of scientists and engineers came together to work on ‘Project Joe and Keith’. The idea behind this project was to build the best radio breakfast show presenters in the world ever, using only materials found around the kitchen. The project was a complete success and now they can be heard every weekday morning presenting Breakfast Xpress on SPIN 1038 doing exactly what they were designed to do…being the best. This despite Joe having spatulas for hands and Keith having a spine made entirely from wooden spoons.
