Kardashian Sisters Block Blac Chyna's Trademark

Blac Chyna may have given birth to a Kardashian, but that doesn't mean she is one. In documents obtained by TMZ, Blac is reportedly trying to lose the name 'Blac Chyna' and trademark 'Angela Renee Kardashian' to use while working in the entertainment industry and on her social media channels.

But there's reports Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are not happy and are trying to block the trademark. According to TMZ, the Kardashian sisters say if Chyna gets the trademark they will "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill."

TMZ says the documents claim 'Chyna is deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity of the Kardashian name.'

Now that's an awkward one.
